Figure out how many calories your body needs per day, then divide this number into at least 4 meals of equal caloric value throughout the day. Our bodies process nutrients as we ingest them, NOT on a daily basis; therefore it is essential that you control your intake at each meal throughout the day. For example, if you are supposed to eat 1,800 calories per day, but split this into only two equal meals of 900 calories each, your body will be storing excess body fat at each meal!
