8-Week Support Programs
Your individualized support program may focus, among other needs, on any of the following:
• Weight Management
• Sports Nutrition
• Cardiovascular Health
• Managing Diabetes
• Conquering Menopause
• Healthy Pregnancy
• Food Sensitivities
• Vegetarianism
Each 8-week program will include:
• Your 60-minute initial nutrition consultation & assessment
• Weight, height, body fat & circumference measurements to track progress
• Individualized meal plans according to your calorie and nutrient requirements and designed to fit your taste and schedule.
• Supplement recommendations (if necessary)
• Communication with your health care provider (if necessary)
• A cardiovascular and weight training plan for optimal fat burning
• Food and exercise journal to keep track of your progress
• Program modification to troubleshoot and/or overcome plateaus
• Six weekly or bi-weekly coaching sessions/progress evaluations (in-person, by telephone, or email depending on location and your desired interaction), during which your food and exercise journal will be reviewed to ensure you are staying on track, measurements will be taken, andmeal plans will be modified if necessary.
