To begin your individualized nutrition and fitness program, it is necessary to obtain information about your personal history and current routine. Please download the forms below.

Kristine Flynn offers comprehensive, personalized nutrition and fitness programs designed to educate you on how to eat and exercise in order to achieve and maintain your desired goals. Each program focuses on fat loss (rather than overall weight loss), and takes into account your current personal statistics to develop a plan exclusive to you and your needs.

Nutrition Consultation
During this one-hour consultation and assessment, Kristine will review your overall health status, physical, social and medical histories. Weight, height, body fat, and circumference measurements are taken. Realistic options for incorporating healthy eating into your daily routine and individual food preferences are discussed. By the end of this assessment, you will have a better understanding of how your body works with various fuel sources and what changes need to be made to your diet and exercise program in order to successfully reach and maintain your goals.

Meal Planning
Following your initial consultation, meal plans based on your personal food preferences, along wth your calorie and nutrient requirements, will be developed by Kristine to help you reach your nutrition, health, weight, and/or body fat goals.

Distance Consultation

For those located outside of the Orange County, California area, Kristine offers all programs online with phone consultation and follow-up support.

Follow-up Sessions

30-minute follow-up sessions are available for continued interaction following any program you choose.

 

8-Week Support Programs

Your individualized support program may focus, among other needs, on any of the following:

• Weight Management

• Vegetarianism

 

 

Each 8-week program will include:

• Your 60-minute initial nutrition consultation & assessment
• Weight, height, body fat & circumference measurements to track progress
• Individualized meal plans according to your calorie and nutrient requirements and designed to fit your taste and schedule.
• Supplement recommendations (if necessary)
• Communication with your health care provider (if necessary)
• A cardiovascular and weight training plan for optimal fat burning
• Food and exercise journal to keep track of your progress
• Program modification to troubleshoot and/or overcome plateaus
• Six weekly or bi-weekly coaching sessions/progress evaluations (in-person, by telephone, or email depending on location and your desired interaction), during which your food and exercise journal will be reviewed to ensure you are staying on track, measurements will be taken, and meal plans will be modified if necessary.
